China porcelain insulator technology runs to advanced level of the world

      21st. Oct, three products developed by Dalian Insulator Co., Ltd. itself passed the appraisal of the Expert Committee from China Electric Power Enterprises League. The three products are the 420kN double-shed, tri-shed and 550kN normal type disc suspension porcelain insulators which are used on ultra high voltage alternating current transmission line. All the experts who attended the meeting thought that the main technical parameter and performance of the three products had reached the world advanced level. Especially, the 420kN double-shed and tri-shed insulators have filled up the blank field of the world and 550kN insulator has broken the status that China can not produce 550kN insulators.
 
      As early as 2004, the company itself developed the 400kN and 420kN normal type products in order to meet the need of the first 750kV transmission line in Northwest China. At the same time, the company gained the capability of mass-producing. Till now, it has provided more than 200,000 pieces, not only breaking the status that foreign companies monopolize China market but also becoming the largest supplier of products on that strength level.
 
      The suspension porcelain insulator being tested this time is one of the most important components in the project of building ultra high voltage alternating current 1000kV transmission and substation equipment during the National Eleventh Five-Year Plan period. The company chose the aerodynamic structure which provides high anti-polluting and self-cleaning capability, as well as low natural accumulating ratio for the 420kN double-shed and tri-shed products. Comparing with the normal product with same creepage distance, the aerodynamic structure enhances the outer insulating level of the products and the liability of the transmission line. The 550kN insulator occupies the highest strength rank in China and meets the need of the ultra high voltage transmission line by its super-high mechanical strength. Besides the three products, the 500kV AC/DC composite suspension insulator and porcelain station post insulator from 126kV to 800kV developed by this company also passed the appraisal.
 
      The experts who attended the meeting came from State Grid Corporation of China, Southern Power Grid Corporation, Tsinghua University, Xi’an Jiaotong University, Quality Inspection and Test Center for Insulator of Electrical Power, some Electrical Power Design Institute, Power Grid Company from some big district and several provincial Electrical Power Companies.

我国瓷绝缘子技术跨入世界先进水平

  10月21日,大连电瓷有限公司自主开发的特高压交流输电线路用420千牛双伞、三伞型及550千牛普通型盘形悬式瓷绝缘子,通过了由中国电力企业联合会组织的专家委员会的鉴定。与会专家一致认为:这三个产品的主要技术参数和性能指标达到了国际先进水平。其中,双伞和三伞420千牛产品填补了国内外空白,550千牛产品填补了国内空白。

  早在2004年,该公司为满足我国西北第一条750千伏输电线路的需要,就自主研发了400千牛、420千牛普通型产品,并形成批量生产能力,至今已供货20余万片,不仅打破了国外企业垄断我国市场的局面,而且一举成为该强度等级产品的最大供应商。

  本次鉴定的悬式瓷绝缘子,是国家"十一五"期间,建设特高压交流1000千伏输变电重大装备项目的一个重要组成部分。420千牛双伞和三伞产品,选择了耐污秽性能好、自清洗能力强,自然积污率低的空气动力型结构,相对同爬距的普通型产品,其外绝缘水平更加优良,提高了线路运行的可靠性;550千牛产品,强度等级属国内首创,以超高的机械强度满足特高压输电线路的需要。通过本次鉴定的,还有该公司研发的交直流500千伏悬式复合绝缘子、126千伏~800千伏电站用棒形支柱瓷绝缘子。

  参加本次鉴定会的专家分别来自国家电网公司、南方电网公司、清华大学、西安交通大学、国家和电力工业绝缘子检测中心、各大电力设计院、大区电网公司及部分省电力公司。
